This statement applies to Thenewlead's products, services and websites worldwide (collectively, Thenewlead's "services").

• Thenewlead collects personal information when you register for Thenewlead service. This personal information that is collected from you is kept entirely private. We do not share this with any third party whatsoever.
• In the portal you are referred to by your AVATAR(screen name, newlead name) only. All other information in your login is encrypted and kept private. The personal details of the member community are revealed to no one.
• Thenewlead uses cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience and to learn about how you use Thenewlead services in order to improve the quality of our services.
• Thenewlead's servers automatically record information when you visit our website or use some of our products, including the URL, IP address, browser type and language, and the date and time of your request.

Uses

• We may use personal information to provide the services you've requested, including services that display customized content and advertising.
• We may also use personal information for auditing, research and analysis to operate and improve Thenewlead technologies and services.
• We DO NOT SHARE, any personal information that we have collected with any of the third parties.
• Thenewlead processes personal information on our servers in the United States, UK, Singapore and in other countries. In some cases, we process personal information on a server outside your own country.

Your choices

Information we collect and how we use it

We offer a number of services that do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to us, such as Thenewlead Search. In order to provide our full range of services, we may collect the following types of information:

• Information you provide When you sign up for a Thenewlead Account or other Thenewlead service or promotion that requires registration, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). When we receive formal written complaints at this address, it is Thenewlead's policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Thenewlead and an individual.
